Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Paul Andrew International Ltd, trading as Paul Andrew, of 29 Inkerman Street, B7 4SB, Birmingham.

- Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, anyone professionally involved in running the giveaway and their immediate families.
One entry per person. No purchase is necessary, and subscribing to marketing emails is not a condition of entry.
- How to enter
Complete and submit the giveaway form at https://forms.gle/p674wSNzJi6t32G87 between 03/10/2026 9am and 04/10/2026 5pm. All times are UK local time.
Entries received outside this period, automated entries and fraudulent entries will not be accepted. Duplicate submissions will count as one entry.
- The prize
One winner will receive a £1,000 Paul Andrew voucher to spend on [eligible products] at [website/showroom].
The voucher will expire on [24/10/2027]. It cannot be used across multiple purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.
No minimum spend is required. Any spend above £1,000 must be paid by the winner. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
Products are subject to availability. No particular style, size or delivery date is guaranteed.
- Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected from all valid entries on 10/10/2026 using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
The winner will be contacted by email from support@paulandrewsuits.com by [notification date].
The winner must respond within 14 days of the first notification. We will make reasonable efforts to contact them, including a reminder. If they do not respond within that period, decline the prize or do not meet the eligibility requirements, a replacement winner may be selected using the same process.
We may request reasonable evidence of eligibility. The voucher will be issued within 30 days of the draw, subject to eligibility and acceptance being confirmed.
- Winner information
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request by emailing support@paulandrewsuits.com within three months of the draw.
Entrants may object to this information being made available, or request that less information is disclosed, by contacting us. We may still need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Photographs, testimonials or other promotional participation are optional and will be agreed separately.
- Personal information
Personal information will be handled as described in the giveaway privacy notice. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect the chance of winning.
- General
We may exclude entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or a breach of these terms.
We will only amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will be communicated fairly and will not unnecessarily disadvantage entrants.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects your statutory rights.
These terms are governed by English law. Entrants retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction within the UK.
