Our Click & Collect service is free of charge.
You can collect your order from our HQ in Birmingham between Monday and Thursday, 9am to 5pm
Next Day Delivery
For orders over £100, next day delivery is free.
For orders under £100, next day delivery is available at a cost of £5.99.
Order Cut-off Times:
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2PM will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
Orders placed from Thursday 2PM to Friday 11AM will be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery.
Orders placed from Friday 11AM to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is £4.99. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
Northern Ireland Delivery Policy
Next Day Delivery
Two-day delivery is available at a cost of £9.99.
This service is available for orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 2PM.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery to Northern Ireland is £6.99, with an expected delivery time of 2 to 4 working days.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that we will be responsible for paying any applicable customs charges, duties, and taxes. These fees are included in the price of the product or the shipping cost.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to various restrictions, we currently do not ship to Myanmar (Burma), Central African Republic, Union of the Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sao Tome and Principe, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Saint Helena, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Island, and Yemen.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking information provided in the confirmation email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment because of the customs charges, duties, and taxes, or for any other reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
