Mainland United Kingdom Return Policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or refund. Once your return is approved and a label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days.


Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn and unused

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Must be returned in the original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the returns label

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please click on the following link: https://returnsportal.shop/paul-andrew and enter your email address along with your order number to begin the returns process.

If your return is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

We offer one free exchange per order within the UK. To request an exchange, please visit the following link: https://returnsportal.shop/paul-andrew and enter your email address along with your order number.

Once your exchange request has been submitted and the original item has been returned and approved, please allow 1 to 2 working days processing time before the replacement item is dispatched.

To ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible, please return the original item through the returns portal and follow the provided instructions.

Refunds:

If you choose to return any of your items for a refund using a prepaid returns label, a fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the courier.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 1 to 2 working days processing time for the refund to be approved and processed. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Sale Items:

Please note that sale items are eligible for exchange only.
No refunds will be issued for items purchased on sale.

Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.  

 

International Returns Policy

 

International Refunds:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Once your return request has been submitted through the portal, our team will review the request and provide further instructions on how and where to return your item(s).

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all international return shipping costs, as well as any customs charges incurred during the return process.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable through Paul Andrew International Ltd. For more information on reclaiming these fees, please contact your local customs office.

International Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct international exchanges. If you require a different size or item, you will need to process the order as a return for a refund and place a new order for the required item(s).

Customers must notify us of their intent to return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories and security tags intact. Returns that show signs of wear or have missing security tags may be rejected.

Once your return request has been submitted through the portal, our team will review the request and provide further instructions on how and where to return your item(s).

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all international return shipping costs, including any customs or duty charges associated with returning the items.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable through Paul Andrew International Ltd. You may also be required to pay customs or import charges again when placing a replacement order depending on your country’s import regulations.

If a return is rejected and the customer would like the goods sent back to them, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
